California Health Benefit Exchange
The purpose of the California Health Benefit Exchange is to allow individuals and small businesses to compare plans and buy insurance on the private market. The Exchange will open for enrollment beginning in 2014. Federal healthcare reform will provide tax credits and subsidies to those who fall below the income threshold.

What is the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) impact on child support? As the first state to “go live”, it is important to determine how California’s local child support operations will be affected.
