DVD: Contempt and Criminal Enforcement Training (December 6, 2007)

DVD of the December 6 2007, Contempt and Criminal Enforcement Training held at Sierra Nevada DCSS.This training was co sponsored by the Child Support Directors Association (CSDA) and the California District Attorneys Association (CDAA)

This is a 4 DVD set that will include a CD of the training materials. Topic covered include: Cvil Contempt, Introduction to Documentary Evidence, a Mock Preliminary Hearing, Criminal Prosecution of Nonpaying Support Obligors, Project Save Our Children, and an overview of Federal Criminal Non Support Statutes.

The target audience for this training includes, but is not limited to Child Support Attorneys, Child Support Officers, Paralegals, District Attorney Investigators and Prosecutors.
