Child Support Application
The Statewide On line Application (SOLA) is the single state approved on line application process. SOLA is an easy, secure, no cost application process. Click here for access to the SOLA.The process to access the complete “Application for Child Support Services Packet” is unchanged. The documents remain available to download and print by accessing the DCSS website. The completed application needs to be returned to the local county child support agency in your area to be processed. Applications are also available on a walk-in basis at local child support agency offices.
